MJTV is the City of Mt. Juliet's Government Access television station.
MJTV is broadcast to all local Comcast and TDS television subscribers. MJTV can also be viewed on live web stream.
Government Access TV stations like MJTV, are a resource of the city to address local municipal programming needs. The City may use the channel to cablecast city council meetings, local emergency announcements and other events and programs as related to the local government. Public Access TV stations provide the forum for the general public to air programming. The City of Mt. Juliet does not currently have a Public Access TV Station.
No commercial advertisements are accepted to run on MJTV. If a business / organization is sponsoring a community event, then that company may be mentioned on the slide announcing that event.
The preferred method is to submit a PowerPoint slide with all the information about your event. It should be brief, use font sizes 20pt or larger and avoid large amounts of the color red. Email your slides or if you don't have access to PowerPoint, then you can email your event information to email@example.com

Eligibility requirements include: age/ disability; ownership/ residency; and income (except veterans and their eligible surviving spouses). To apply for property tax relief you must meet these three basic criteria - these are described below. Reimbursements for the property taxes of low-income homeowners who are elderly or disabled are provided by the state of Tennessee. Income does not apply to disabled veterans or their surviving spouses. Reimbursements are given on all orpart of the local taxes paid on property which the taxpayer owns and uses as his/her residence. These benefits are paid on the first $27,600 market value of the property. If your residence is a mobile home, a copy of your title or bill of sale is required.
